I've changed my course! I've gone from studying Information Systems to studying for a Bachelor of Arts(Media and communication) which includes animation and Journalism and law. Hooray!

In the wake of recent events, the Superhero Registration Act has been passed. As I am sure you have heard, the act requires all metahumans (mutants with no prior crimes excluded) to register with your government or nearest branch at SHIELD. Failure to do so will result in prosecution which may result in a $1000 fine to a five year jail sentence. Prior convistions or future attempts at vigilantism will result in stricter sentencing.

Details must not be withheld. Included is an example of said ID card which must be carried during all times of super heroism. People who wish not to carry an ID may not continue superheroics in the future.

Rest assured your details will be kept top secret for only high level SHIELD agents to access.You have until **/**/** to register. Have a good day
